CANCELLATION POLICY
Queen of Hearts Beauty cancellation policy includes the following: - For less than 24 hour or same day cancellations, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to schedule a new appointment with a NEW Deposit. If your service does not require a deposit, then your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. - If you are rescheduling your appointment within the 24 hours or the same day as your appointment, That will count as a cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make a NEW deposit for your new appointment. For appointments that do not require a deposit, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. - Failing to notify Queen of Hearts Beauty of your cancellation or rescheduled appointment (also known as No call No Shows), will result in the card of file being charged 50% of the service plus the deposit required to book. No call No Shows will also be Blocked from booking in the future.
