CANCELLATION POLICY
Queen of Hearts Beauty cancellation policy includes the following: Full Set Lash appointments have a 48 hour cancellation window, All other services have a 24 hour cancellation window. For Full Set Lash Extension appointments cancelled within 48 hours or less from the scheduled day & time of the appointment, your non-refundable deposit for your Full Set will be forfeited and you will be required to schedule a new appointment with a NEW non-refundable Deposit. In addition, your card will be charged 50% of the service price for the less than 48 hour cancellation. Lash Fills, Lash Lifts, and Brow services fall under the 24 hour cancellation window. For these appointments cancelled in 24 hours or less than the appointment day & time, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make a NEW deposit for your new appointment, and will be charged 50% of the service price. For appointments that do not require a deposit, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. Failing to notify Queen of Hearts Beauty of your cancellation or rescheduled appointment (also known as No call No Shows), will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the service plus the deposit required to book. Clients who No call No Show will also be Blocked from booking in the future.
